We are looking for a Trainee Administration Clerk to work within our Postage Department, located in **Braeside VIC.**

**About the Role**

Entry Level position for an individual looking to start their career in office admin.

All training provided on the job.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

- Lodge and reconcile client mailing campaigns in line with client deadlines
- Ensure campaigns are correctly lodged into the Australia Post lodgement system
- Ensure internal systems are kept up to date for all lodgements
- Work effectively as a member of a team
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Perform duties responsibly without close supervision
- Perform duties in line with maintaining a safe and healthy workplace

**About You**
- Would suit recent high school graduate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Computer literacy and typing skills a MUST.
