**Best & Less** is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Part-Time Team Member to join our passionate and supportive team at our Northlands store, in VIC. This role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, providing variety and growth in your retail career.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Receiving stock
- Picking & packing individual customer orders
- Administration
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Ensuring the store is tidy and well presented

Flexibility to work across 7 days of the week, on a regular roster, would be preferred.

**About you**:

- Fashion retail experience preferred, but not essential
- Pick and Pack experience
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Strong work ethic
