**About the Position**

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in strength and conditioning for adolescent athletes, ideally within rowing or endurance sports.
- Proven ability to plan, lead and adapt programs for a range of ages and ability levels (Years 9-12).
- Excellent communication skills, leadership presence, and a commitment to student wellbeing and growth.
- Minimum ASCA Level 2 Accreditation (or equivalent); understanding of youth athletic development is essential.
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Science, Human Movement, or a related field.
- Understanding and adherence to the College’s Child Safeguarding policies and practices.
- Contributions to the continuous improvement of Child Safeguarding at Newington.
