The client is looking for an experienced
**Lead Diploma Educator** to run a room and oversee the program based on children's interests. The position requires the room leader to promote a stimulating program according to the needs and interests that foster children's development and demonstrate positive partnerships with families.

This organisation believes in the open communication approach with families and most importantly, they believe educators play such a valuable role daily. The potential diploma lead educator for their passion and hard earned efforts will be rewarded with excellent conditions and given plenty of support.

**Management Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the room program and documentation
- Working collaboratively with co-educators
- Sound understanding of Early Learning Years Framework
- Respecting children's needs and interests
- Building positive partnerships with families

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of Diploma in Children Services (ACECQA recognised)
- **MUST **have at least 1 year as a room leader in long daycare
- Current WWCC
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- Good Level of written and verbal communication
- **MUST** have full working right in Australia (no restrictions)
