About the Role
This position of Administration Officer - Employee Engagement is for our Jimbelunga Nursing Centre to provide a high standard of administration support to the staff and Management and assist in the coordination, implementation and integration of ATSICHS People & Culture, Learning & Development and Finance programs. The Employee Engagement Officer will be responsible for staff administration services to ensure that Jimbelunga Nursing Centre can deliver a high standard of service.
Duties
Managing and assisting recruitment activities including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Work collaboratively to identify and manage Jimbelunga staff training needs.
Rostering assistance & coordinating and managing Jimbelunga staff publication, changes and payroll.
Encourage and support integration across departments by assisting with and promoting referrals between programs within the ATSICHS Network.
Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.
Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides.

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a COVID -19 vaccine.
Required
Cert III or higher in Business or another related field.
Minimum one (1) years’ experience in similar role.
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with employees.
Ability to work and problem solve, autonomously, while collaborating and contributing to wider team goals.
Excellent relationship building skills and ability to adapt communication style.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Disability worker's screening card (yellow card) or be eligible to apply.
Valid Police Check.
Preferred
Previous experience of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
Previous HR experience.
