Café Manager

Piccolo Me is expanding and entering into a new trajectory. With our cafes being extremely busy, we are looking for more people to join our caffeinated family

We are looking for an experienced Café Manager on a casual basis to join our team at Moorebank

Role and Responsibility:

- Supervise and manage a small team of baristas, chefs and kitchen staff in a busy environment
- Ordering and rostering, managing suppliers
- Managing payroll, paperwork and other administrative duties
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
- Good communication skills -- regular communication / updates with Support Office in Sydney
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty program
- Maintain a clean and sanitised work environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Barista qualifications and skills, can handle 8-10 kilos of coffees on shift
- POS and cash handling, end of day financial management/reporting
- 35-40 hours per week
- Right attitude - high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
- Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
- Experienced and comfortable working in busy environment

- Day shift
