**About the role**

We are seeking a casual Machine Operator to join our growing Warehouse team. **Priority tasks are cutting raw materials to company standards.** Materials are cut to order and to also build stock. Treats that we cut include: horns, tripe, tendon, jerky, tail tips and trail mix. You must be able to stand for long periods, performing these tasks with focus, care and attention to detail.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- 3 - 5 years + experience in a fast paced Warehouse or Manufacturing environment.
- Proficient machine operation skills in using Band Saws, Cutters and Sanders. We will provide training.
- Experience in product assembly.
- A sense of urgency to ensure key deadlines are met ahead of time.
- The ability to follow directions and processes to company standards.
- A positive attitude, team focused approach and a willingness to help out in other work areas.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to commit to 5 days per week.

**Salary**: $27.46 - $35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CHELTENHAM, VIC 3192: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
