**The Role**:
This is a newly created Store Manager position where you will be managing two other staff. It is a chance to take this on as your very own, creating your own business within the business and be the person who will be able to make decisions on behalf of your team.

Perhaps you have come from a trades background and you want to be off the tools now, or maybe you have already worked in a store environment, but you haven’t been given an opportunity to step up into a management position.

This company is all about the right attitude and ability to learn. So if you are easy going, you work hard and smart and want to be surrounded by likeminded people with great banter in a casual environment, then these guys want to speak to you

**What they need from you?**

Forget having up to 10 years worth of management experience Attitude is everything here.
- If you come from a trades background
- Have worked in a store of a similar kind before
- Have management abilities or experience
- Understand weights and measures (this will be a bonus to help you excel from day 1)
- Can autonomously make decisions on behalf of a team
