**Responsibilities**:

- Perform gutter cleaning and maintenance tasks using specialized equipment.
- Utilize pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces of buildings, sidewalks, and other designated areas.
- Work at heights to effectively clean gutters and elevated surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within the designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Communicate effectively the customers.
- Clearing of blockages on downpipes prior experience is a must.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in gutter cleaning and pressure washing.
- Comfortable working at heights and using safety equipment.
- Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in working at heights.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant safety guidelines and regulations.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- Gutter Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
