**Greeting customers**: Welcoming customers and seating them
- **Taking orders**: Taking orders for food and drinks and answering questions about the menu
- **Serving food and drinks**: Delivering food from the kitchen to customers and ensuring it's served on time
- **Handling payments**: Processing customer payments by cash or card
- **Cleaning**: Keeping the dining area clean and tidy and pre-bussing tables
- **Handling complaints**: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring they are happy
- **Shift duties**: Delivering cups to the service station, rolling silverware, and other shift duties

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.23 - $24.38 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Free drinks
- Free food

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
