**The Position**
- Position Title: Clinical Lead - Infant, Child and Youth
- Classification: NP75 - NP77, YC46 - YC49, YB24 - YB27, PL 1 - PL4
- Salary per hour (exl. super): $49.42 - $58.63
- Hours per fortnight: 40
- Employment Status: Fixed-term
- Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination
**Role Description**
- The position will report to, and work closely with, the Manager of Mental Health Service Transformation in the planning and implementation of the Mental Health Royal Commission recommendations that aim to expand and improve services for infants, children, youth and families.

**Selection Criteria**
- Essential : Registered nurse and/or AHPRA registered Allied Health Professional with post graduate qualifications in mental health nursing or related field (such as infant/child/youth focussed Post Graduate Masters/Diploma); with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a variety of mental health settings
- Essential : Demonstrated experience in successfully managing competing programs of work involving planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting activities
- Essential : Strong understanding of the recommendations of the Royal Commission, the mental health system and the vision for reform
- Essential : Demonstrated ability to facilitate sustained engagement of services, staff, consumers, carers, families, supporters and other stakeholders, and manage their expectations and feedback
- Essential : Well-developed analytical skills and experience in preparing reports, documents and presentations
- Essential : Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to an environment of workplace change, including promotion of continuous improvement
- Desirable : Knowledge and/or experience in human centred design principles and methods
