As a Spare Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct used car parts they need. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Provide exceptional customer service by identifying and locating the correct parts based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
- **Parts Interpretation**: Utilise your extensive knowledge of car parts to interpret and cross-reference part numbers, ensuring compatibility.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in processing sales orders, handling returns, and managing customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Technical Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technical advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in auto parts interpretation or a similar role is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of automotive parts, systems, and components.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- **Customer Service**: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using inventory management systems and other relevant software.
