**Our Opportunity**
- We are seeking a Thought-Leader to assist in leading our dynamic GP Team.
- Successful applicants must have experience in a leadership role in a GP Practice

Our Practice is a state-of-the-art General Medical Practice offering patients ultimate care and service. The person we seek musthave previous experience assisting with aspects of managing a Medical Centre / General Practice and be confident in organising and supervising teams.

**About the Person We Seek and the Role You Will Be Doing**
- Ideally you will have 3+ years' experience as a Leader in a General Practice
- You will be able to demonstrate ability to lead a team of reception and ancillary staff
- Work on reception as needed
- Liaise daily and enjoy the support of our Group Strategy Manager

**About Our Medical Practice**
- Our General Practice offers 7-day service and end-to-end patient care
- Our GP's are available for in-person and remote tele Health consultations
- Dedicated nurses are on hand to develop care plans and assist with day-to-day patient needs
- A team of well-trained of reception and admin staff are in hand to assist daily tasks
- You have 3+ five plus years’ experience working in a General Practice
- Are confident to mentor and lead a team - as a 2IC
- Have the desire and availability to work full time (5 days)
- Have ability to work weekends (at times as required) to oversee the team activity.
