**About the Role**
We’re seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director, Reform and Innovation at Aboriginal Affairs NSW. In this dynamic role, you will provide high-level executive, secretarial, and administrative support, managing complex priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, handling confidential matters with discretion and supporting strategic initiatives that drive meaningful change for Aboriginal communities.

- You’re an experienced executive support professional with a proven ability to manage high-level administrative, secretariat, and operational tasks for senior executives
- You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and can confidently engage with executives, senior staff, and stakeholders
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities with strong time management, discretion, and confidentiality
- You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to research, coordinate, and prepare high-level reports, briefings, and correspondence
- You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate the needs of senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- You communicate sensitively and effectively with, and understand issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($110,266 - $122,058) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
