Vineyard Operator

Ten Minutes by Tractor is an award-winning winery with a passion for producing premium cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay since 1997.

There is an opportunity to join our dynamic vineyard team and produce premium fruit from across the Mornington Peninsula. We manage over 35 hectares of vineyards across a number of sites, this role will be hands on and will provide experience across a diverse range of plantings and varieties with a strong emphasis on sustainable and organic practices.

To be successful in the role you will need to have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to use your initiative and follow instructions in a safe working environment.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in tractor operations such as mulching, slashing and netting
- Work well in a team environment
- Australian Citizen/Resident or a valid visa with permission to work
- Hold current chemical certification (will be looked upon favourably but not essential)

Prior Experience in viticulture, horticulture or agriculture is advantageous and remuneration will be based upon experience.
