Part-time/full-time Store Support and Supervisor

Goodbyes is a resale service that extends the lifespan of well-made garments, shoes and accessories.
We are looking for a motivated individual seeking a multifaceted role in a purpose driven and growing business to join the team in a 3-4 day part-time role or 5 day full-time role. These roles may require you to work on the weekends.

As Part-Time/Full-Time Store Support and Supervisor you are responsible for representing the Goodbyes values and working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the Goodbyes policies and procedures are being met in store.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

- Store Duties; housekeeping, merchandising, shop floor duties, theft prevention
- Communication; Our service, our process, member and customer relations and enquiries
- Consignment; Sorting, pricing, best practice of policies and procedures
- Understanding and complying with company policies and procedures
- Providing a high level of customer and member satisfaction through excellent service on the shop floor and during the consignment process
- Working to achieve store KPIs
- Inventory levels and replenishment
- Retained customer relations
- Overall store and back room presentation/upkeep
- Actively participating in training and performance management
- Clear communication with Store Manager and 2IC to ensure best practice within your role
- Open and Close cash reconciliation and duties
- Liaising with the store manager regarding any enquiries
- Maintaining inventory levels and replenishment
- IT support and troubleshooting
- Overall store and back room presentation/upkeep
- Reporting
- Meeting KPIs and supporting the team to increase operational efficiency

You will have additional areas of responsibility in pricing and quality control, such as:

- Ensure you meet daily pricing and quality control KPIs
- Supporting and guiding other team members in the pricing role as required
- Supporting with quality control and training on with on spot feedback to team clerks
- Following and implementing best practice of sorting and pricing policies and procedures
