APG is currently seeking a Warehouse 2IC for a Fulltime role with our client based in Beard ACT.

**Primary Purpose of the Role**
The purpose of the role of 2IC in the Warehouse is to lead the day-to-day operations of the specialised services team.

This role is for multi-skilled persons who can be directed to work in the team with the greatest need that day.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Supervise day to day operational requirements effectively balancing the need for speed and efficiency with the requirement for complete accuracy to deliver output in accordance with service standards.
- Allocate work to staff and monitor throughput and quality to ensure that all targets are being met and all projects are progressing satisfactorily.
- Liaise with internal Teams to support accurate storage and movement/ migration of records/ material and assist with the supervision, induction, training, counselling and general oversight of staff.

**Essential Requirements**
- Leadership skills
- Computer skills
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience supervising and leading a team
- 4-5 years working in a stores role
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Good attention to detail Communicate effectively
- Be reliable, punctual and team spirited
- Current NSW (C) class or equivalent Australian drivers licence.
- Current HRW National License (LF)
