**Position Objectives**

The Prospect Engagement Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging potential prospects through strategic data mining, personalised direct mailouts, and targeted communication campaigns.

This role aims to build and nurture relationships with B2B prospects, gather valuable feedback, and drive successful client acquisition.

The specialist will leverage their expertise in data analysis, marketing, and customer relationship management to ensure effective and timely outreach, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the business.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Use data mining software to find new business opportunities and identify potential prospects.
- Coordinate direct mailouts and hampers to engage with current and potential clients.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls to prospects to build relationships and gather feedback.
- Secure sales meetings for technical team members and nurture leads through the sales process.

**Experience**:

- **Previous Experience in Sales or Direct Marketing**: Experience in a similar B2B role where prospecting and client engagement were key responsibilities.
- **Experience with Data Mining Tools**: Hands-on experience with data mining software and techniques.
- **Customer Service**: Background in customer service to handle inquiries and build positive relationships with prospects.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the IT MSP industry to better understand and engage potential clients.

- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns to engage prospects effectively.

- Ability to ensure all communications are professional and error-free.

- Demonstrated ability to address and resolve issues that arise during the engagement process.

- Relevant Experience:

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role where prospecting and client engagement were key responsibilities.
- Experience in the IT MSP industry is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
