Electrical Draftsperson

**Haines Electrical **are a well-established Electrical Contractor specialising in commercial, construction and light industrial projects across Brisbane for over 30 years.

The company is currently seeking to employ an Electrical Draftsperson to join their permanent team, based in Darra.

**Primary Objectives**

This opportunity will see you responsible for the delivering innovative and accurate electrical drafting solutions for a diverse range of commercial, construction projects.

As the company continues to expand and secure new projects, we are seeking an experienced Draftsperson with a strong knowledge of the Electrical industry.

This position provides the opportunity to contribute toward varied, exciting electrical projects keeping you mentally challenged and allowing for creativity.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Electrical drafting on electrical projects, including cable try layouts, lighting systems, telecommunications, and power reticulation layouts.
- Coordinating models with other services, undertake clash detection and implement Revit Families
- Electrical Services Schematics and Single Line Diagrams
- Ensuring compliance with the company QA systems and processes

To be considered for this opportunity you will possess following skills and attributes:

- Previous working experience in electrical design and drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD (preferred)
- Ability to produce accurate building services documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of electrical industry and safety standards
