**About the Role: Dental Assistant/Front Office**

As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer a **Dental Assistant/Front Office** position within our friendly, high-performing team. This role blends front office coordination with clinical support and is perfect for someone who loves connecting with patients and making a real difference in their care experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- .Delivering an exceptional patient experience
- Chair-side assisting
- Assisting in the sterilisation room
- Data entry
- Infection control practices
- Processing payments/cash handling/ HICAPS
- Verify and update patient information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner..

**Qualifications/ Team fit**:

- **Previous experience** as a dental assistant is preferred
- Motivated to learn, and accomplish tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Organized, tidy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
