**The Position**:
In the role of Commercial Property Manager, your key focus will be working on a meticulously maintained portfolio and overall performing the below duties:

- Manage an immaculate portfolio of retail and commercial properties
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
- Conduct rental appraisals, rental increases, and lease renewals
- Minimise rental arrears and oversee insurance and compliance
- Conduct inspections of properties

**The Person**:

- A background in either Residential Property Management or Commercial Property Management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Ability to work autonomously once trained up
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- A great attitude and a love for property
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle***
