Looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join their well established Brookvale Showroom

**The Job**
- Work alongside the store manager to lead and drive the team
- Meet all sales targets and KPI’s
- Help customers find the product of their dreams - listen,access and work with them to get the right product.
- Liaise with suppliers and other 3rd parties (interior designers, architects etc.) as necessary
- Maintain showroom presentation standards
- Opportunity to attend industry events

**About You**
- Previous sales experience in retail management
- Strong leadership ability
- Warm, approachable spirit
- Proven experience working to team sales targets
- Hunger for personal growth and development
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards
- Availability to work weekends
