**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join **Paediatric Medicine** as an** Outpatient Coordinator, **where you will be responsible for:

- Providing a high level of administrative support to the divisions Administration staff for the coordination of department clinics. Including clinical templating, liaising with clinicians, unit heads and technical staff to ensure quality of data entry is captured.
- coordination of training of new department administration staff.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the Outpatient service and day-to-day clinic management.
- Maintaining systems and processes to assist the streamlining and efficiency of timely processes and workload within the division
- Project and research tasks may also be required

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- High level of interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently within a small team environment and to effectively resolve conflict.
- Proven ability to recognise and discreetly deal with confidential matters; demonstrate integrity of the highest order and exercise diplomatic skills appropriate to sensitive and high level issues.
- Experience in providing quality customer orientated (departmental) services in a complex organisation
