**Description**:
Our Opportunity
Due to unprecedented growth; we are seeking compactor and dozer operators to join our team today Key responsibilities include:

- Operate and maintain our Compactor/Dozer machines on various civil construction sites around Sydney.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards in line with industry and company guidelines.\
- Execute tasks with high productivity and precision, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Team up closely with project managers, wider site teams, and other operational staff.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all company policies regarding health, and environmental practices.
Our jobs are spread throughout Sydney and NSW. The role is a full time permanent position
- allowing constant work being available. ASAP starts are also available.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered you will have**:

- Valid licence and certificates required for operating heavy machinery. i.e. VOC and SOA in Compactor and or Dozer
- A valid Australian driver’s license and a Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).
- Experience operating a Compactor/Dozer ideally 3+ years.
- The passion to work collaboratively in a team and be able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to work safely and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
