Set within beautiful grounds in the seaside suburb of Hove, Alwyndor is a leading provider of Residential Aged Care, Therapy Services and Community Care.

**This will mean you will**:
Provide a range of cleaning and services on a scheduled, around the facility which include;- Building entrances, reception and office areas
- Café, lifestyle hub, therapy services and meeting rooms
- Toilets and other common areas
- Resident rooms, including bathrooms
- Clean upholstery, carpet using equipment
- Window cleaning
- Floor scrubbing
- Removing rubbish and dirty laundry
- Unpacking and delivering laundry
- Unpacking stock
- maintaining standards of hygiene and minimise risk of contamination
- identifying and logging issues which require maintenance intervention as required

**To be considered for this role you must have**:

- previous working experience as a House Person / Housekeeper preferably in an aged care or hotel environment.
- be able to work independently
- good availability
- skills to be able to keep busy and active
- ability to lift and move linen and cleaning equipment
- all current mandatory vaccinations including flu, covid and boosters

The recruitment process will involve a functional assessment which will assess your ability to fulfil the requirements of the role. You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance

You will be able to work in a faced paced setting, be friendly and positive and be team orientated.
