**Advantaged Care** are seeking **Physio Aid** with relevant aged care experience, committed to continual improvement in service delivery.
- Advantaged Care at Georges Manor is our largest facility with 143 beds located at Georges Hall near Bankstown. We are seeking a Physiotherapist on a permanent basis for 5 days a week.
- As a Physiotherapy Aid within Advantaged Care, you will be accountable to the Director of Care / Care Manager and Physiotherapist for the physiotherapy program within the facility. It will be your responsibility to assist the Physiotherapist in ensuring that the mobility care of residents, including planning, assessment, evaluation and delivery of care is carried out in accordance with individual needs of residents.
- Physio Aid experience, preferably in aged care.
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (specializing in Physiotherapy) or employer approved equivalent qualification / experience)
- A strong passion for Aged Care.
- Personable with a get up and go attitude
- Ability to plan and organise workload to ensure the care needs of residents are met.
- Ability to implement individual and group mobility plans in consultation with the Physiotherapist
**Salary**: $26.65 per hour
