Cleaner/janitor - Day Shift

The nature of this role demands a self-motivated, decisive person with a “can do” attitude. Reporting to the Amenities supervisor, this role involves:

- General cleaning and waste disposal, throughout the plant including external cleaning
- Operating cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Maintain all facilities clean and well-organised
- Some heavy lifting may be required (up to 10kg)
- Occasionally Indoor Cleaning
- Following safe work instructions
- Adhering to Workplace Health & Safety at all times
- Previous experience working in food manufacturing
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate (including interpreting English written and verbal)
- Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
- Time management skill
- Ability to safely undertake physical requirements of the role
- Manual Driver License (Preferable but not necessarily)
