**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**

As part of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing best practice support and customer service across the Production and Maintenance departments. Your role of Technician Electrician is responsible for delivering sustainable improvements that ensure our operations objectives are achieved. You will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance team by eliminating potential delays through response time to plant failures and maintenance work performed to determine areas of improvement.

**Roster - rotating 24/7**

**Key Responsibilities will include**
- _Complete all maintenance, inspection and repair tasks as allocated on all aspects of the site plant and equipment._
- _Support culture of continuous improvement in maintenance across the business_
- _Effective and timely completion of all plant and equipment maintenance and repair tasks as set by the Maintenance Manager, Team Managers & Planner._
- _Review and analyse maintenance work performed to determine negative trends and develop action plans to correct._
- _Completion of all applicable documentation within given timescales_
- _Support and develop the site Maintenance Strategy_
- _Contribute and lead if required, any RCA and reliability based tasks on site as appropriate._
- _Complete all other reasonable tasks as set, to ensure the site maintenance function is effective._
- _Ensure all behaviors are aligned with business vision policies and site objectives._
- _Engage operations and maintenance staff to provide sharing knowledge and experience._

**Qualifications** **/ Experience / Licences**
- Trade Qualifications with the relevant Electrical License
- Manufacturing or Beverage / FMCG process knowledge and experience.
- Previous experience with continuous high speed processing and packaging equipment in an industrial production environment.
- Relevant experience in a continuous process industrial electrical environment.
- Proven PLC programming and fault finding skills.
- Extensive electrical fault finding skills.
- Good knowledge in use of CMMS based maintenance systems
- Ability to read and produce electrical schematics.
- Sound knowledge of AS/NZ 3000, the Electrical Safety Act, the Electrical Safety Regulation and the Electrical Code of Practice
- Constructive two-way engagement with all stakeholders and sites
- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities required to build the necessary relationships with peers, operations and maintenance lead team.
- High level process improvement skills with analytical ability and strategic problem solving skills (root cause analysis, FMECA, process improvements & corrective actions)
