About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be required to provide hands on support to the entire front of house team, have and excellent food and beverage knowledge and assist with ensuring efficient operation of the venue.
- Demonstrated at least 1 year experience as a Floor Supervisor in a high energy dining environment
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a time & attendance system, H&L or similar
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Must possess a valid RSA certificate
