**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Motel Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our well-established motel located in the heart of Echuca. This hands-on role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operations of the motel
- Supervising staff performance and ensuring smooth functioning across departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving complaints professionally
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Managing bookings, reservations, and room allocations using motel management software
- Overseeing budgets, monitoring financial transactions, and controlling operational costs
- Implementing marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to maintain quality standards
- Recruiting, training, and rostering staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Ensuring the overall presentation and cleanliness of the property

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience** in motel or hotel management
- **Relevant qualifications** in hospitality management or business (e.g., Diploma or Certificate IV in Hospitality or Management)
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and motel operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using motel management and reservation systems
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
- Flexibility to work across weekends and public holidays as required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
