Business Improvement Unit

As our new Business Improvement Coordinator, you will provide high quality, efficient and strategical support to the Corporate and Customer Legal Services team and you will be a key to our success.
Your everyday tasks may vary, depending on team priorities, however you will be responsabile for such things as:
- assisting with project and task management;
- assisting with analysing, reviewing and auditing of precedents and processes;
- providing support in researching, reviewing and implementing new tools;
- coordinating regular precedent reviews and updates;
- updating manuals and guides;
- assisting the Senior System Administrator in developing, testing and implementing new precedents templates.
If you are the successful applicant, you will be working with limited supervision and reporting to the BIU Managing Lawyer for your priorities.
You will contribute to the Corporate Legal Services team's workplace culture, and you will be expected to actively support health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace, demonstrate the Queensland Public Service values while promoting diversity and inclusion for all. You will be contributing to the Public Trustee's Customers First agenda.
There is no mandatory qualifications or certifications for this role however they would be highly regarded.
