Urban Bushland Labourer

Tasflora is seeking a motivated labourer to join our team undertaking urban bushland management work in the Hobart area.
Key tasks may include:
- weed control using techniques such as hand pulling and the cut and pasting of weeds with herbicide;
- spot spraying of weeds (if qualified);
- tree planting and maintenance;
- brush cutting in bushland reserves; and
- chainsaw removal of woody weeds.
Previous work experience is preferred but not essential as the job can be easily learnt on site under instruction from site manager.
Some knowledge of native plants and weeds preferred but not essential.
Manual drivers licence preferred.
