Peniel Support Network is a NDIS Registered Service Provider looking to Hire an HR Manger who is enthusiastic about what they do, dedicated and is self motivated.

**CANDIDATE DESCRIPTION**:As we continue to assist participants to pursue their goals and maintain their independence, it is thoroughly important to start from the roots. This means from the Human Relations aspect to the staff members in order to provide the most excellent services catered to participants.

They must be able to adapt to innovation and change within the nature of the workplace, have great attention to detail and have a detail orientated mindset. The role will heavily involve employee orientations, trainings, benefit administration, compensation, rewards, conflict resolution, documentation, reporting, developing the organisation from an employee and company culture aspect, and such of the like.

**SCOPE**:

- Maintaining, enhancing and designing Employee Benefits Packages/Programs, including compensation/compensation planning, evaluations, health insurance, expenses, vacation/holidays and other personnel packages.
- Inductions and trainings
- Overseeing, refining and executing employee standards and procedures, improving and using the HR existing and recommended systems and processes.
- Resolving Personnel Conflicts
- Encouraging and Promoting Diversity
- Representing the Needs of Workers
- Recruitment & Retention, preparing employees for assignment by establishing and conducting trainings/training programs, development and orientation, and handling Employee Terminations
- Managing Employee Benefits
- Creating Employee Incentives
- Overseeing and ensuring legal Compliance through the monitoring and implementation of applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations & interviews, and maintain all relevant records and documentation
- Identifying and recommending areas of improvements, plausible and absolute areas for innovations & continuous improvement to key areas with the internal structure of the organisation and its operating standards, procedures; including areas of team restructuring and morale.
- Strategic Planning

**Essentials**:

- Current valid drivers licence
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and registration
- First aid/CPR certificate less than 12 months
- Must have Australian working rights
- NDIS Workers Screening

**Qualifications & Knowledge**:

- Degree qualified in an HR Discipline (e.g.: Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or equivalent).
- Experience in human resources or recruitment
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills and ethical mindset
- Adept to problem-solving and resolving conflicts
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience working in HR
- Detail orientated and organisational nature
- Understanding federal and state governing HR laws and regulations
