Sunshine, Australia RCC Excavations Full time

A full time position in the Sunshine area has become available for a Labourer (with Utilities Experience) within our expanding crew, for immediate start.

RCC Excavations is a family owned company, operating within the Utilities Sector, throughout Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong, Colac, Ballarat, Bendigo and surrounds. **Position Summary**:

- Spotting Excavator Operator
- Utilising Grundomat to bore underneath Footpaths, Crossovers and Roads
- Laying Telstra P100 & P50 Conduits, Installing P8 Pits & Lids and Installing Stakka Pits
- Hand digging around assets
- Temporary Reinstatement of Footpaths, Crossovers and Roads
- Monday - Friday, with potential for overtime
- Excellent working conditions with a family owned and run small business

**About You**:

- Must have a proven history of Utilities experience (preferably Telstra)
- Physically fit and willing to get your hands dirty in a range of outdoor weather conditions
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Be highly self-motivated and have a great work ethic
- Enjoy manual labour
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be comfortable working with and around critical underground infrastructure
- Have a high regard for safety
- Have the ability to problem-solve and identify solutions

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Australian Driver’s License and own/have regular access to a car
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
- Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID003 & HLTAID001)
- ESV Spotters Card

The below certifications are preferable, but are not essential for employment consideration:

- Truck License (MR)
- Identify, Locate & Protect Underground Services (RIICCM202)

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
