We are hiring a Store Manager to run all aspects of the Pizza store and its operations including:

- Recruit train and supervise staff.
- Run overall operations of the store.
- General customer services tasks, including handling customer enquiries and taking reservations, greeting, and advising customers.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health & safety legislation, and guidelines.
- Work with management and development team.

**Skills & experience required.**
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, pushing through busy periods of each day
- At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume, fast paced establishment.
- Understanding of wood fired pizza oven not essential but preferred
- Heavy duty operations experience
- Consistent, excellent quality output
- Work efficiently with the team
- Create relationships with clients
- Strong administrative and planning skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
