Hi, I'm Vanessa, Xzibit's Business Manager and **I'm on the lookout for a switched-on and detail-focused individual to join us as our AV & LED Screen Technician / Warehouse specialist, based in our Luscombe office.**

**Who are you?** Well, you have at least 12-months experience in AV/LED tech and maintenance - if that's in the exhibition space even better - just as importantly though, people probably describe you as:

- A great multi-tasker - maybe people even call you an 'Energiser Bunny'
- Self-confident. Comfortable expressing your opinion and your expectations
- A bit of a 'sheepdog'... comfortable following through and taking charge
- Sociable yet you know when it's time to focus on the task at hand
- Organised. And you thrive on rounding stuff up and getting things organised
- Action-oriented. You love to GSD
- A reliable go-to person - but you're no push over
- A natural leader in your space. You take the initiative and people follow you
- Even keeled - you see the world through a balanced (not emotional) perspective

You may be just who I'm looking for

**The gig?**

Quite simply, this position Looks after the AV Hire Inventory, (particularly the hundreds of LED tiles and TVs we own), storing it well, preparing the equipment to be ready for onsite installation. Attending site to install, both local and interstate. You'll be maintaining the equipment including basic repairs or arranging for repair. It's a job with plenty of variety, that's for sure. Salary of $70K (based on experience) plus Super' of course.
