Renderer / Solid Plasterer

All Rendering Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Renderer / Solid Plasterer to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality finishes and exceptional service across residential and commercial projects.

**Offering a generous Salary of $75,000 - $85,000**

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in rendering or solid plastering
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
- Strong organisational skills and punctuality
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

**Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Repairing and restoring existing rendered surfaces
- Installing pre-cast cornices, panel mouldings, ceiling centres, and other plaster fittings
- Ensuring surfaces are plumb, level, and finished to a high standard
- Creating decorative textures and finishes as required
- Smoothing and floating render to achieve a flawless finish
- Protecting surrounding surfaces with appropriate coverings

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
