**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for people-focused and customer-centric individual to play a fundamental role in upholding Dr Jones & Partners' brand promise and delivery outstanding patient experience. This role provides assistance to technical staff and ensures optimum clinic efficiency and high levels of patient care.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at multiple of our Central Adelaide Region clinic locations. If successful, you will be working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 6.30am and 8.30pm. You will also be expected to contribute to a weekend roster approximately once to twice a month, and compensated accordingly.

Upon your commencement, you will receive paid training to proficiently undertake your duties and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Prepare patients for procedures and examinations
- Provide patients with adequate explanation and provision of information - both prior to the examination and during the examination
- Cannulate patients appropriately as required and assist technical staff with patient positioning
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Other general duties outlined in the attached position description

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong customer service skills, a caring and empathetic nature
- Demonstrated customer service experience, previous medical reception or clinical experience will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated initiative, proactivity and willingness to learn
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
