Castle Functional Fitness is a boutique facility that offers over 30 Strength & Conditioning classes per week, as well as an open gym with quality strength training equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to coach our classes, as well as help attract new members and develop our business to become a premier facility on the Central Coast.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness (Strength and Conditioning qualification and/or Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science will be highly regarded)
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Experience with coaching group sessions
- Ability to be rostered between 5am and 7pm on Monday to Friday and 6am to 9am on Saturdays
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience with creating Social Media content and ad campaigns will be highly regarded
