Devoted Healthcare is a Perth disability service provider (NDIS registered) that supports individuals with varying disabilities. Our primary aim is to meet our client's support needs by matching compatible staff based on clients' preferences. We service across the Perth metro area with services ranging from 1:1 in-home support to community access. We are seeking outgoing and proactive **casual disability support workers** to assist our clients in **Victoria Park and surrounding areas.** We are seeking individuals who are available to work **Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday during the day and is flexible with their availability. **Our office is based in Gosnells.

A Disability Support Worker's role requires companionship, empathy, mentoring, positive behaviour support, and guidance. Activities may include assistance with daily living, domestic tasks, administering medication, behaviour management support, assistance with transport, and encouraging participation in community activities.

- **Relevant experience and minimum Certificate III in Disability (essential)**:

- Readiness to learn and adapt
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
