Our client based in Perth is seeking an Event Manager.

**Your new company**

Our client based in Perth is seeking an experienced Event Manager for a 3-month temporary contract with extension possibilities. Our client is a large-sized organisation within the education industry.

**Your new role**

As an Event Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to all event requests from across the organisation and work with relevant stakeholders- Allocate event briefs to Event Coordinators- Approving risk plans, event briefings and chairing team meetings- Managing team resources and budget allocation- Undertake the strategic planning of events- Managing a team of event coordinators and providing leadership support

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
- Extensive event management experience, including managing a team- Experience working with and managing stakeholders- Experience managing event budgets- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills- Experience managing events for a large corporate organisation
