Our consultants have the opportunity to work across **all these service lines**. You will get the opportunity to be involved in projects that:

- work with Australia's major metropolitan and regional health services, including to develop and deliver their strategies and clinical services plans and to deliver culture and leadership programs that improve outcomes for their staff and consumers
- design an integrated health and social services system for a region that delivers better outcomes for the community
- evaluate the effectiveness of mental health programs, including those that support youth, those recovering from a suicidal crisis and people in aged care
- work with community health providers to strengthen their organisation through strategy and organisational design
- review care coordination for Indigenous Australians with chronic disease, using data analytics and drawing on consultations with service providers and indigenous clients
- using co-design techniques work with victims and perpetrators of family violence to create a service development plan for a contract centre

**You are**:

**And the practical experience**:

- a background in health, including in mental health, as a clinician (particularly a clinical psychologist) or working in a health service
- 1-5 years work experience in a professional services environment with a consulting lens to developing solutions to problems
- strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- the capability to think, articulate and write logically
- strong problem solving ability applied in a structured way
