**About the role**:
As a Lead, Privacy, you will be responsible for supporting the BAU response for privacy advice requests and incidents; and assisting in the delivery of privacy impact assessments and targeted privacy education content in line with local and global privacy laws applicable to NAB.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting BAU privacy operations and advice requests
- Providing advice on privacy breach response
- Assisting with privacy impact assessments
- Supporting the operation of the OneTrust privacy tool
- Delivering training and awareness content. Collaborating with stakeholders on the development and delivery of bespoke privacy training and awareness materials and guidance
- Providing privacy guidance to key stakeholders
- Designing, content creating and maintaining intranet pages supporting the privacy function

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience of privacy law and standards
- Understanding of Privacy-by-Design principles
- Experience responding to data breach events
- Proven experience in an ADI or regulated industry preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to assist in distilling complex concepts and data into a form that is easily communicated and understood
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail
- Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Influencing and partnering skills with ability to drive enterprise outcomes on fixed timelines
