**Expression of interest - Product Owners, Home Ownership**

We are currently looking to secure Expressions of Interest from people with extensive experience in product ownership, product management, initiative delivery, transformation, or consulting.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Substantial experience in uplifting customer journeys, supporting complaints and dispute management, account management, correspondence, and retention
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes
- Strategic mindset and future focused
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Home Lending products
- Ability to prioritise effectively considering customers, colleagues, and the business

**The roles will be responsible for**:

- Representing the voice of the customer, broker and colleagues when developing the product roadmap. You keep this voice front of mind to prioritise, balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference and challenge the status quo
- Managing stakeholders for the squad and management of interdependencies across the Domain
- Taking responsibility for the ultimate success, productivity benefit uplift and transformation of sub-episode / service, with a scorecard tied to the respective outcomes
- Maintaining and prioritise the backlog for their mapped squad
- Being comfortable with being uncomfortable, continuously learning and improving
valuing progress over perfection.

We're structured around customer-centric episodes (across Buy, Own & Broker Experience) that cover the lifecycle of a home loan customer at NAB. They're supported by centres of excellence in Product & Portfolio Management and Distribution Performance. Home loans are distributed in third party channels and these business units are embedded within the domain, and we work closely with our partners in the proprietary distribution businesses. We also work closely with enabling teams and other domains to ensure we're delivering a connected experience for colleagues and customers.
