Darling Downs, Australia Transport and Main Roads Full time

Prepare a wide range of engagement and communication materials to support delivery of the Darling Downs District road infrastructure program such as media statements, web pages, reports and construction notices.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively seek advice to provide full and accurate information in executive correspondence materials.
- Utilise record keeping systems to respond to and track progression of communication materials through approvals processes.

Requirements of the role

Evaluates possible solutions and takes appropriate steps to mitigate risks.o Occupation Specific - Uses understanding of executive correspondence techniques to develop accurate ministerials, briefing notes and executive letters in a timely manner.
