Function & Event Waiters - The Fresh Collective

- Hourly Rates: M-F: $28.46 Sat: $34.16 Sun: $39.85 PH: $56.93
- Be available for 10 to 25 hours per week/ 3-4 shifts or less including weekend
**The Role**
- Work a range of functions and events in and around Sydney, from boardroom lunches to cocktail parties, intimate functions to dinners
- Be a part of exciting large-scale events including Vivid Festival, Opera on Sydney Harbour, and a range of Polo events both locally and interstate
- Food and beverage service in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner
- Perform set-up and break-down of functions and events
- Work as part as team to provide service in a range of styles, including cocktail, corporate and alternate drop
- Ensure RSA is strictly maintained
**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum one year experience as a Waiter - must be able to carry 3 plates and complete tray service
- Proactive and perform well a fast-paced environment
- Ideally coming from a high-end restaurant background or have catering experience
- Fluent in English
- Very strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and friendly personality
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid NSW RSA
- Valid full working rights in Australia
- A passion for executing amazing events
