**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the veterinary and support staff team to ensure adherence to practice policies and procedures, fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
- Initiate improvements to enhance the community's perception of the practice, striving for a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support direct reports through regular one-on-one meetings, promoting individual growth and professional development.
- Handle client relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for pet owners.
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote services.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with our team and clients effectively.
- Experience in the veterinary field.
- Strong leadership abilities, inspiring and supporting our team to achieve excellence.
