**THE ROLE**
Lead our Retail & Service team to success
Drive and maximise sales performance in store
Take accountability for all retail procedures & operations
Lead from the front with a client-centric approach
Have the ability to work autonomously and make decisions based on business needs
Effectively lead your team to success through training & development
Clear communication with key stakeholders
Be an ambassador for our brand; identifying new opportunities to improve our client experience

**ABOUT YOU**
You have a genuine love for nurturing relationships and a talent for driving sales, an innate ability to multitask and organisational skills that are second to none. You are ambitious, with fantastic attention to detail and a client-centric approach. You are a natural communicator, passionate about service and a leader who influences and inspires others around them.

**GET IN TOUCH**

These are full-time roles, 38 hours per week & late night trade may be applicable
Store Manager Hours: Tuesday - Saturday.
Assistant Manager Hours: Sunday - Thursday

**NB**:Experience in jewellery is not a prerequisite. However, past experience in jewellery sales is advantageous.
