Head Barista

**North Street Store in Cottesloe is on the hunt for a Head Barista to join us**
- Full time role - 38 hour hours per week
- Weekend availability is essential

We are seeking an **Experienced Head Barista** to serve exceptional coffee to our customers. Our passionate people drive the success of our food business and we are on the hunt for our next dedicated person to join us. **Who are you?**
- **Proven experience as a Head Barista**, ideally in the specialty coffee market
- Great at customer service and work well in a team environment
- Knowledge around the different types of coffee products so that you can consult with your customer to deliver on their wants and needs
- You believe in delivering the best customer experience and creating great relationships
- You are driven to lead from the front on the path of continuous improvement and champion the company culture

**What will you be doing?**
- Slinging quality coffees with fresh beans from Karvan
- Equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc)
- Mentoring up and coming baristas within the NSS team
- Clean, maintain and generally look after all coffee equipment
- Be willing to help serve our wonderful customers and become involved in all things FOH
