**About the role**

As a Team Leader for our Early Years Centre, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of **Social Workers** and **Teachers**, who provide child health services, Supported Playgroups, family support and early childhood education whilst focusing on early intervention and prevention to ultimately empower children and families. You will work as part of strong and collaborative leadership team of 4 team leaders supporting **Early Years Centres** in** Acacia Ridge**, **Browns Plains** and **Beaudesert**, with various opportunities to be autonomous and lead on projects as to meet funding outcomes.

Our team is a supportive, multidisciplinary team with a broad range of early childhood teachers and educators, social workers, child health nurses, midwives and allied health qualified professionals committed to high quality work providing wrap around early intervention services.

**Skills and Experience**

We want you to be successful in your new role This means you’ll have:

- A degree/qualification in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or other relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and building positive team culture
- People leadership experience with the ability to build and maintain a engaged, high performing and diverse team
- Comprehensive management skills including troubleshooting, managing multiple deadlines and conflict resolution
- Sound understanding of the principles of integrated service delivery and an ability to undertake a leadership role within an integrated service model
- Demonstrated understanding of vulnerability and risk indicators relating to the client group of the service
- Collaborative approach with the ability to successfully influence and engage a range of internal and external stakeholders
